The Reaganomics
The Reaganomics is a Boston based, totally authentic, 80's pop and new wave cover band. Their motto is "80's music done right" because they perform the music of this decade exactly as it was meant to be heard. The Reaganomics keep audiences grooving to the radical sounds of the Big 80's at clubs, colleges, and weddings. Through a combination of accomplished live musicianship, sequenced arrangements, and the use of all the original, classic 80's gear, the Reaganomics satisfy nostalgic audiences by performing these tunes exactly as they sound on the records. The Reaganomics is a 5 piece group consisting of electric drums,guitar,keyboards and synth bass, a male vocalist (who also doubles on guitar), and a female vocalist. All the members sing background vocal harmonies and this, in combination with the use of the exact reverbs and vocal effects that are on the records, give the band the lush, full vocal sounds characterized by the 80's.
