Fools and Horses

"Fools & Horses sound like if the Beatles were on their way to a Power-Pop show and met up with Elton John along the way, but he forgot his piano."

An ageless sound and infectious, youthful energy are at the very core of Baltimore quartet Fools & Horses - featuring Matt Hutchison (vocals/guitar), brother Tim Hutchison (drums/vocals), Kent Warren (bass/vocals), and Steve Herrera (guitar/vocals). Fools & Horses distinctive Rock sound combines the melody and pure, organic power of the 90's with the intensity of the lyrics and kinetic rhythms of today's hits. Fools & Horses albums and live shows are often compared to those of Coldplay, the Foo Fighters, Travis and Cake.

Voted Best Band of Baltimore by the readers of the Baltimore City Paper for two straight years, named Best Modern Rock Band, and Fan Favorite by the Washington Area Music Association, Fools & Horses' music is charming its way onto the national and international scene. The kingdom of Starbucks featured the Fools & Horses' song The Therapy on its compilation Off the Clock, selling over 30,000 copies. Television and film have also embraced the band's catalog of songs, most recently Cinema Sounds, the Playboy Channel, FUSE Network, MTV, A&E, E!, ESPN and USA.

The band has been seen performing at many top clubs up and down the East coast, including The Cutting Room and Arlene's Grocery (N.Y), The Grape Street (Philadelphia, PA), The Bottle and Cork (Dewey Beach, DE), Seacrets (Ocean City, MD), MTV's Spring Break at Club Lavela, (Panama City, FL) The Recher Theatre, Ram's Head Live!, and The Eight by Ten Club (Baltimore, MD). College dates include Princeton University, University of Las Vegas, Sweet Briar College, Penn State, Penn Tech, SUNY College, Villa Julie, Mounmouth University, Washington & Lee, University of Maryland, University of Delaware, Hood College, Mount St. Mary's, Cabrini College, Johns Hopkins University, Randolph Macon, Catholic University, Virginia Wesleyan, Loyola College, Dickinson College and Towson University.

They have shared the stage with many national and regional acts including Bon Jovi, the Gin Blossoms, Live, Sister Hazel, The Used, The Knack, Carbonleaf, Graham Colton, Violent Femmes, Cowboy Mouth, The Used, Story of the Year, Cowboy Mouth, Jimmies Chicken Shack, The Roots, Spin Doctors, Pat McGee, Ozomatli, Nine Days, Rhett Miller, Foghat, Blue Oyster Cult, and the Presidents of the United States of America.
