Blackberry Smoke
Atlanta based Blackberry Smoke continues to grow into the premiere Southern Rock band of America. It's pure Kick Ass Rock n Roll with a dash of country. Over the last 12 months they have shared the stage with ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Shooter Jennings, Cross Canadian Ragweed and countless others. The band has recently finished recording their sophomore effort "Little Piece of Dixie" with legendary producer Dann Huff (Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts) and engineer Justin Niebank, to be released in early 2009.
Blackberry Smoke spent the majority of 2008 as the support act for Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Tops tours.
New album "Little Piece of Dixie" out 3/17/09 on Big Karma / Adrenaline Music Group (SXSW CD Release show)
"Up in Smoke" services to rock/active rock radio early February, and also featured on NASCAR '08 Video Game
Early '09 touring includes Skynyrd "Gimme Three Days" cruise, "The Rock Boat" (Sister Hazel/Zac Brown Band/Tonic), and 4 week Military Base Tour
